He is my best friend's brother so we have known eachother for years. When we started dating he was still dating his gf of 2 years and I was dating someone too. We decided to start seeing eachother, he broke it off with his gf and I broke it off with this guy I had been seeing for about a month. The difference is, I told this guy that I was going to see someone else, Adam did not. He was in a relationship with a girl that thought she was going to marry him. Adam is a great guy, will be a geat husband and father, and is very successful. So, when I brought up that it bothered me that he had not told her that he was seeing me, he told me that he did not want to hurt her more than he already had and he would tell her when the time was right. I waited and waited and he never told her. She kept calling him, emailing him and ultimately thought they were going to get back together.<br /> Meanwhile, I was letting this consume me and had been secretly checking his voicemail and emails. I had a little too much to drink one night and called her and told her. (At this point Adam and I had been dating for 5 months!). She had no idea.<br /> So months pass and she starts to get the hint that he loves me and we are a couple. She still texts him now and then, emails on occasion and every great while gives him a call. The problem is, he wont answer the phone when he is around me and he never tells me when he talks to her.<br /> So, going back to when we started dating, I forgot to mention that myself and his ex lived in Michigan and he lived in Chicago. We did the long distance thing for about a year and I just recently moved in with him in Chicago.<br /> Here is my reason for this post..........<br /><br /> His Ex was going to school in Michigan, she just graduated. She used to live in NY with her family, that is where she is from and where ALL of her family lives. She knows no one in Michigan and has visited Chicago once (to see Adam, shortly before they broke up).<br /><strong><span style="color:#ff0000;"><br />SHE IS MOVING HERE NOW BY HERSELF! SHOULD I BE AFRAID?<br /></span></strong><br />I don't know if Adam knows yet and I know that he doesn't know that I know. If he does know, I am upset that he hasn't told me. I am so upset about this.
